Fundraising

St. Peter Catholic School has two major fundraisers that help support the operation of the school and reduce tuition costs. St. Peter students participate in the Marathon for Non-Public Education in October, and the Parent Association and Athletics sponsor a Spring Fun Fest. Each of these fund-raisers bring in over $30,000 to the school.

Every other year, we have a wine tasting/silent auction event. The funds raised are designated for items that will benefit the students. For example, proceeds from a previous event contributed to the playground equipment and another year we purchased technology equipment for the classrooms.

In addition to major fundraising, we supplement the budget through several other activities listed below.

Box Tops for Education

United Way

St. Peter Catholic School may be designated for your donation to United Way.

Kemps Give ‘Em Five

Target “Red Card”

St. Peter Catholic School may be designated as the recipient of credit from purchases when using this credit card. To sign up to donate your credit to St. Peter’s, please visit the website at www.target.com/tcoe

Scrip

This program is used throughout the parish. Gift certificates are available through the school. The certificates are used at places such as grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Proceeds then go to the school.

Village Pizza has offered to have a St. Peter’s School night where 10% of the proceeds from sales are donated to our school. This offer includes delivery, pick-up and in restaurant orders. Just mention you are from St. Peter’s School and they will take care of the rest. It is that easy!

It is the 2nd Tuesday of every month during the school year. Village Pizza is located at 2565 East Seventh Avenue in North St. Paul, 651-777-5440.
